Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for passionate Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our growing team. You will provide individualised and respectful personal care to enhance our resident's everyday living circumstances.
Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive care and assistance in accordance with individual care plans
Completion of documentation and reporting information to Registered and Enrolled Nurses
Complying with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, performance standards, and Customer Service Quality standards
Administering of medications as per medication manual when required

Desired Skills and Experience
KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
Working rights within Australia
National Police Certificate less than 6 months old or NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable)
Current First Aid Certificate
Highly developed presentation skills, interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in a team environment
Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
