Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an RN at SwanCare, you will walk alongside Managers that walk the talk and work with a team who care as much as you do.  

You will deliver a high standard of care to residents and be required to exercise sound clinical judgment.  You will also be responsible for supervising other nursing and care personnel.  This role is available on a casual basis and is for night shift.

Desired Skills and Experience

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
  • Knowledge of ANMC National Competency Standards for an RN and skills related to Gerontology.
  • Ability to complete documentation as per NBWA Management of Patient Information and Documentation Guidelines.
  • Clinical management and coordination skills.
  • Working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
