Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role you will provide exceptional service to our customers including staff, residents, contractors and even board members.  We are looking for an individual that is self-motivated, a team player and keen to learn.

This opportunity is available on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • Applications Support – assists with investigation and resolution of issues.
  • IT Infrastructure – routine operational procedures; contributes to maintenance and installation and monitors performance.
  • Network Support – contributes to operational configuration of network components and assists with investigation and resolution of network issues.
  • Security Operations – respond, investigate and document.
  • Incident Management – identify, register and categorise.

Desired Skills and Experience

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tertiary qualifications or certification in IT (or progress toward).
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Experience with IT Ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and develop solutions.
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable).
