Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings and physical assets and carrying out routine maintenance tasks within the independent living units and residential care facilities in the Village.  Our team is friendly and supportive and takes pride in the work they perform, providing assistance to our residents and employees every day.  This role is full time and based in our Bentley Village.  You will be required to be on-call one week in every five to six weeks.

Desired Skills and Experience

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Competent in the use of hand/power machinery tools and good knowledge of common maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Current "C" Class Drivers Licence.
  • Working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
