Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Work in a small team to provide Level 1 & 2 support to our staff, residents, contractors and board members.  We are looking for someone that loves variety, is self-motivated, a team player and is keen to learn.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applications Support – assists with investigation and resolution of issues.
  • IT Infrastructure – routine operational procedures; contributes to maintenance and installation and monitors performance.
  • Network Support – contributes to operational configuration of network components and assists with investigation and resolution of network issues.
  • Security Operations – respond, investigate and document.
  • Incident Management – identify, register and categorise.

Desired Skills and Experience

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Commitment to superior customer service is crucial for your success in this role.  Other requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications or certification in IT (or progress toward).
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online, Active Directory.
  • Experience and knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP. 
  • Experience with IT Ticketing Systems.
  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, problem solving and developing solutions.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Rights to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
