Job Description

About the Role:

Reporting to the interim Finance Executive, you will work closely with the executive team to support strategic and operational planning through the delivery of financial modelling, forecasting and decision support.   This role is available initially as a 12 month fixed term contract and is ideal for a hands-on, commercially minded finance professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, cash flow and scenario analysis.
  • Support the budgeting process and collaborate with departments to align financial plans.
  • Prepare management reports with commentary and recommendations.
  • Develop tools and dashboards for financial and operational performance tracking.
  • Analyse costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce waste.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Role Requirements:

  • CA / CPA qualified.
  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
  • Experience in aged care, healthcare or NFP.
  • Strong financial modelling, cash flow forecasting and scenarios analysis skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
  • National Police Clearance.
