Job Description
About the Role:
As a Dietitian at SwanCare, your focus will be to support our residents with their nutrition and hydration. You will work closely with our Hospitality team on areas of dietary requirements and menu planning and perform clinical dietetic assessments and reviews, advocating for the resident’s nutritional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of our food service software, Chefmax.
Assist in the development of different texture modified and general menu items.
Perform clinical assessments and reviews.
Translate nutrition standards into food guidelines and policies that can be applied within food services.
Provide education and training to upskill teams on nutrition.

Key Role Requirements:
You will be dedicated and experienced in providing nutritional care to residents ensuring dignity and respect. Other requirements include:
Qualifications in Dietetics and accreditation with APD.
Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Working rights within Australia
