Job Description

About the Role:

Based in our Support Office in Bentley, we are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and capable Administrator to work alongside our Executive team on a 6 month fixed term contract.  To succeed in this role you will need to work flexibly and proactively, build strong relationships and be very ‘hands-on’.  We are open for this role to be worked on a full time or part-time ‘school hours’ basis. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Taking minutes and actions in Executive meetings.
•    Credit card reconciliations.
•    Assisting with event bookings for the Board, Executive and other leaders, including room set up and the organisation of refreshments.
•    General administration support including document management.
•    Maintenance of office and kitchen supplies.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Role Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a senior leadership team.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • A natural ability to prioritise, juggle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
  • Initiative to act without being asked.
  • Working rights in Australia
  • National Police Clearance
